Duties:
• Collate information from QC personnel to compile turnover documentation
• Preparation of turnover documentation packages and transmit to TCO
• Update and issue Transmittal of Data package report
• Collect SEQ’s from construction
• Maintained SEQ central register
• Update and issue welder qualification register
• Collect and copy original certificates
• Creation of logs for all the internal documentation.
• Close coordination and support to our subsidiaries staff.
• In accordance with the Nonconformance Report Procedure worked on Nonconformance Reports: issued to Engineering for disposition, informed site people when received response, created matrix and followed the summary for information of the Company.
• Making copies and scanning of all TCO Project Documents (such as Checklists, Acts, Charts, Certificates and etc.)
• To control and integrate acceptance documentation on all the disciplines, as required by the procedure.
• To assist in sorting out the issues related to integrating and preparing acceptance documentation as well as quality control documentation, when required.
•To create initial indexes of quality control documentation. To update indexes according to comments and changes in the project and re-issue them when required.
•Collection and compilation of receive-transmit history folder in the following areas (construction related, mechanical and piping)
•Pipe-line Technical dossier compilation
•Production activities act compilation
•Timely transfer of documentation to TCO Completion Team
•Preparation of reports on progress of registration and receive-transmit dossier assignment
•Uploading of the documents into CMS base
